The SP0712 Solid Material Spreader is a piece of equipment designed for spreading solid deicing agents, such as salt and environmentally friendly deicing agents. It is widely used for winter snow and ice removal operations on highways and urban roads.
The equipment comes with a complete hydraulic, control, and conveying system and only requires the truck to provide the driving power for operation. It offers advantages such as fast spreading speed, high efficiency, precise spreading dosage control, large hopper capacity, and a long operating range.
Main Control Board Output System: The PWM signal output from the main control board controls the cartridge-type electro-proportional valve, precisely regulating the rotational speed of the hydraulic motor. A higher motor speed results in a larger spreading volume, while a lower motor speed results in a smaller spreading volume. The electronic control system adopts a closed-loop system. A speed sensor is integrated into the motor to provide real-time feedback on the motor speed, allowing the control system to promptly compensate for and correct the motor speed.
Electronic Control System: The system features two operating modes — simulated vehicle speed and actual vehicle speed — allowing the operator to select the appropriate mode based on real-world working conditions.
Overload Protection: Effectively protects the spreader from damage when the load becomes excessive.
Auger Screw Output Shaft: Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel for robust durability. It is driven by two hydraulic motors, enabling precise control over the de-icing agent spreading dosage. The discharge end of the auger screw output shaft is equipped with a crushing device that compresses and breaks down the de-icing agent during material delivery, ensuring uniform particle size upon discharge and effectively enhancing the de-icing performance.
Intelligent Control: The spreading dosage can be set on the LCD screen and remains constant regardless of vehicle speed.
Asymmetric Spreading: The discharge chute can be mechanically adjusted to the left or right, allowing the operator to select the desired spreading area before operation, preventing material from falling onto green belts and reducing damage to vegetation.
Roller Loading System (Optional): An optional roller loading system is available. The operator can drive the dump truck to quickly install or remove the spreader without the need for any lifting equipment. The roller loading and unloading components also serve as the spreader mounting frame. Once the spreader is detached, the chassis vehicle can be put to other uses, thereby improving the overall utilization efficiency of the chassis vehicle.
Pre-wetting System (Optional): An optional pre-wetting system is available. It enables intelligent and uniform pre-wetting of the de-icing agent at the discharge outlet, enhancing the adhesion between the de-icing agent and the road surface. This reduces de-icing agent consumption by 30%, improves snow-melting efficiency, and saves operational costs.
Auxiliary Engine System (Optional): An optional auxiliary engine power system is available. It operates independently of the existing chassis vehicle's modification requirements, enhancing overall versatility and adaptability.
