In the event of a product failure caused by quality defects during normal use, customers may submit a warranty or claim request to our Service Center. In accordance with our claim procedures, we will replace the damaged parts at no additional cost. We can develop customized periodic maintenance plans tailored to different products. Upon mutual confirmation, customers may receive scheduled maintenance services from our Service Center at a nominal cost slightly above cost price.
