In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), our company hereby issues the following public notice:

Scale: Leasing 15,780 square meters of standardized industrial factory buildings in the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Jiangdu District. Purchasing 35 units/sets of main equipment, including laser cutting machines, shearing machines, CO2 gas shielded welding machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC press brakes, hydraulic testing machines, and spray booths. Adopting main production processes such as blanking, forming, welding, grinding, painting, and inspection. The annual production capacity is approximately 800 units/sets of sanitation special vehicles.

4. EIA Procedures and Main Content

Public feedback is requested regarding: satisfaction with the current environmental quality in the project area, primary environmental concerns regarding the project's post-construction phase, and overall requirements and suggestions.
6. Methods for Submitting Public Comments
Comments may be submitted via mail (postmarked date shall prevail), fax, telephone, or symposiums.
Within 10 working days from the date of this notice (mail comments shall be based on the postmarked date), the public may submit their opinions and views on the project and the EIA process by sending letters, faxes, or making phone calls to the designated address/contact provided above. When submitting comments, please provide detailed contact information. The EIA agency will truthfully record public opinions and suggestions in the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for this project, and will forward these valuable comments and suggestions to the project planning unit, design unit, and the government's environmental protection department. Feedback must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of this notice.
