The XC Series Snow Plow is far ahead of similar domestic products in design. It is suitable for any complex road surface, maintaining excellent ground contact even during high-speed operation, and effortlessly navigating obstacles such as manhole covers, curbs, and bridge expansion joints.

The innovative trapezoidal four-bar linkage, advanced frame-swing adaptive system, modular 4-section blade assembly, cushioned cutting edge, and hydraulic locking mechanism are seamlessly integrated, enabling the snow plow to adapt to any complex road surface. When the cutting edge encounters obstacles such as road studs, speed bumps, road joints, or foreign objects, the plow automatically splits into four independent sections for vertical obstacle avoidance and resets automatically after clearance. It is capable of handling snow up to 350 mm in depth. During high-speed operation, the plow maintains consistent ground contact, effortlessly navigating obstacles such as manhole covers, curbs, and bridge expansion joints. The combined action of the four-bar linkage obstacle-clearing mechanism and the energy-absorbing cutting edge provides the snow plow with unparalleled automatic obstacle avoidance capability, effectively minimizing damage to the plow, road infrastructure, and the vehicle itself.

The blade body can swing freely to adapt to varying road surfaces. The balancing springs maintain the blade in a balanced position when raised, enhancing vehicle maneuverability. During travel and operation, the vehicle experiences vibrations and tilting at varying frequencies and angles, resulting in multiple load-bearing points. The springs provide multi-directional load balancing, ensuring long service life, excellent balancing performance, and effective shock absorption. This guarantees that the snow plow maintains consistent horizontal contact with the road surface at all times, preventing torsional damage to the connecting components while ensuring optimal snow-removal performance.

The cutting edge is connected to the curved plate via an ultra-high-strength polymer, enabling the blade to effectively absorb impact energy when encountering obstacles. This significantly reduces damage to the snow plow, road infrastructure, and the vehicle itself.

The blade sections are connected to the blade body via pre-tensioned springs. The pre-tension ensures that the cutting edge can forcefully penetrate hard-packed snow and black ice, providing sufficient clearing power. During obstacle avoidance, the springs are stretched and then rapidly pull the blade sections back into position once the obstacle is cleared.
