Highway cleaning is a critical part of expressway network management. Controlling road safety risks and maintaining high standards of road cleanliness are the core objectives of highway cleaning operations.


Traditional conventional sweepers in China typically operate at speeds of only around 20 km/h. Such low-speed operations on expressways and urban expressways can easily create rear-end collision risks, posing significant safety hazards.


Leveraging multiple core patented technologies, Tianjia Intelligent independently developed the TS18 High-Speed Sweeper, which can operate at speeds of up to 60 km/h. It is suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications, including expressways, urban expressways, and airport runways. The TS18 significantly improves road cleaning efficiency, effectively mitigates the safety risks associated with low-speed operations, and comprehensively enhances both cleaning safety and overall road network traffic efficiency.

With an operating speed of over 60 km/h, it is capable of high-speed road cleaning operations and is widely used for cleaning expressways, urban ring roads, and other high-speed roadways.

featuring high rotational speed and strong torque. With a maximum working width of 3.5 meters, the brushes provide wider cleaning coverage. As the brushes wear, hydraulic cylinders automatically adjust the pressure to maintain consistent bristle-to-ground pressure and contact area, ensuring stable and consistent cleaning performance.

Air outlet speeds can reach 120–130 m/s. The blowing direction, height, angle, and outlet size are all adjustable, providing multi-angle and multi-directional control to meet the requirements of different operating conditions. The central air-blowing system typically operates independently. When the road surface contains large amounts of fine sand and gravel that are difficult to remove with conventional sweeping equipment, direct air blowing from the fan delivers optimal cleaning results.

full-width collection, and full-width high-power suction configuration, with a sweeping width of 2,300 mm. The integrated horizontal roller brush can reach a maximum operating speed of 1,200 rpm. Even heavy debris on the road surface can be effectively collected, ensuring consistent cleaning performance and fully meeting the requirements of high-speed operations at speeds exceeding 60 km/h.

The vehicle features Tianjia’s self-developed single-engine control system, using the chassis engine as the sole power source for all cleaning operations. With no auxiliary engine, there are no additional auxiliary-engine exhaust emissions, while the vehicle meets China VI emission standards. The intelligent system automatically switches between operating modes according to actual requirements, reducing unnecessary power consumption. Compared with dual-engine models, fuel consumption is reduced by more than 15%. By eliminating the entire auxiliary engine system, the vehicle has fewer potential failure points, resulting in lower maintenance costs and easier inspection and servicing.

Water mist nozzles are installed at the front of the suction-sweeping unit, as well as at the inlet and outlet of each suction pipe. This effectively moistens dust and debris particles in the airflow, preventing dust from becoming airborne. The curved rotary duct design facilitates efficient separation of debris from air, allowing clean air to be discharged back into the atmosphere and minimizing secondary dust emissions.

The vehicle offers extended continuous operating capability, with a waste hopper capacity of over 7,500 L and a maximum operating speed of 60 km/h. The large-capacity hopper reduces the frequency of unloading trips, effectively extending the continuous operating range and significantly improving cleaning efficiency. It also minimizes the time spent occupying highway lanes during cleaning operations, helping maintain normal traffic flow and road access.

allowing the working mechanisms to be started and stopped with one touch from the cab, making operation simple and effortless. The stainless-steel frameless waste hopper has a large unloading angle, leaving less residual material and ensuring clean unloading. The vehicle is equipped with a high-pressure self-cleaning system, which cleans the hopper and vehicle body at the end of operation, suppresses the growth of odors, and keeps the entire vehicle clean and tidy.
