The TQS18 Wall Cleaning Vehicle is a new-generation product developed by TIEC Company based on bionic principles. Built on a Sinotruk 4×2 series chassis, it is equipped with two sets of front-mounted and mid-mounted multi-section working arms. Through high-speed rotating cleaning brushes combined with high-pressure water jets, it performs cleaning operations on highway and urban facilities such as sound barriers, tunnels, noise walls, guardrails, road signs, and billboards. The chassis can be retrofitted with other functional attachments to carry out different maintenance tasks, enabling year-round operation and effectively improving vehicle utilization. In winter, it can perform snow removal and salt spreading; in summer, it can handle tunnel cleaning, guardrail cleaning, and high-pressure water spraying. It is widely applicable to maintenance operations on highway tunnels, metro tunnels, sound barriers, and municipal sanitation.

The vehicle is equipped with two sets of professional boom assemblies — one front-mounted and one mid-mounted. Both booms can operate simultaneously with independent control, enabling operations on the left side, right side, or both sides of the vehicle. Customers can select and configure the setup according to their specific needs.

Equipped with Tianjia's independently developed transfer case, enabling stable low-speed driving of the entire vehicle. Speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 90 km/h, delivering stable and reliable performance.

Sensors installed at both ends of the brush head detect in real time the distance between the cleaning brush and the wall surface. Based on the detected data, the extension of the telescopic cylinder and the brush adjustment cylinder is dynamically adjusted to maintain the brush in optimal contact with the wall — ensuring fast and efficient cleaning while preventing the brush mechanism from impacting the wall surface.

Features a nationally patented combined plastic water tank, replacing the traditional metal tank — a first-of-its-kind innovation by Tianjia Company in China. Lightweight in design, it fundamentally eliminates the problem of tank rusting, with a service life of over 10 years.
