The TB25Y Hot-Melt Ice-Breaking and Snow Removal Vehicle is a multi-function snow removal vehicle developed by TIEC Intelligent to address "hard-to-remove ice layers" such as thin ice and freezing rain commonly encountered in China. The product removes ice and snow through a combination of multi-module operations. A snowplow or rotary brush is first used to clear loose snow from the ice surface. The core ice-breaking components are divided into four parts: 1. Rotary-Cut Ice Breaker — shatters ice through a rotary cutting method and conveys the broken ice to the roadside; 2. Ice-Scraping Tooth Blade — removes residual ice from the road surface; 3. High-Temperature De-Icing Liquid Spreader — melts residual ice and prevents secondary ice formation; 4. Ambient-Temperature De-Icing Liquid Spreader — operates as a standalone function.

The vehicle is equipped with an advanced intelligent heating system capable of continuously spraying high-volume, high-temperature de-icing liquid (brine). Both the heating power and spreading dosage can be adaptively adjusted and precisely controlled according to operational conditions. A measured amount of high-temperature brine rapidly melts the residual ice left after rotary cutting and ice scraping, achieving a "single-pass clean" result. After melting the residual ice, the high-temperature de-icing liquid evaporates, leaving behind salt and de-icing agent residues on the road surface to prevent secondary ice formation.

Once the spreading dosage per square meter is initially set, it remains constant throughout the operation, unaffected by changes in vehicle speed, gear shifts, or adjustments to the spreading width. The system autonomously regulates the flow rate to ensure that the preset spreading dosage is consistently maintained during operation, thereby guaranteeing uniformity and stability in construction quality and spreading performance.

It performs systematic milling on the ice surface that has been sufficiently softened by the high-temperature de-icing liquid through rotary cutting, and utilizes the built-in conveying mechanism to efficiently transport the broken ice blocks to both sides of the road. The ice-cutting depth can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual thickness of the ice layer on the road surface, and the equipment's output power can also be autonomously regulated and matched in response to changes in the current operating speed.

It adopts a toothed blade structure in place of the conventional flat blade design, combined with a forced downward pressure mechanism, to thoroughly remove all residual broken ice after the ice layer has been fractured.

Specifically designed for high-speed snow removal operations. The blade and blade body feature a flexible connection that absorbs impact energy. The snowplow is equipped with multiple sets of independent four-bar linkage mechanisms to enhance obstacle-avoidance performance. The blade body incorporates a side-tilt pre-tensioned balance control mechanism that adaptively adjusts to sloped road surfaces.

Composed of 8 independently controllable vibration ice-breaking wheels, with both amplitude and frequency fully adjustable to accommodate ice layers of varying temperatures and thicknesses. It ensures effective ice breaking without causing damage to the road surface. The system employs continuous multi-point vibrational impact to fracture heavily compacted ice. This product incorporates Tianjia's patented alternating vibration technology, autonomous vibration technology, as well as hydraulic phase-shift and synchronous control technologies for the ice breaker, enabling it to handle ice layers of different thicknesses and temperatures.
