The TB25G Comprehensive Ice-Breaking and Snow Removal Vehicle is a multi-function snow removal vehicle developed by TIEC Intelligent based on the severe ice accretion conditions in China. The product removes thick ice through a combination of multi-module operations. The core components are divided into four parts: 1. Alternating Vibration Ice Breaker — cracks thick ice through alternating vibration while ensuring vehicle safety; 2. Rotary-Cut Ice Breaker — shatters ice by cutting through the snow and clears it to the roadside; 3. Ice-Scraping Blade — removes residual ice from the road surface; 4. Solid Pre-Wet Spreader — prevents secondary ice formation.

The platformized chassis serves as the carrier for snow and ice removal equipment, enabling modularly designed implements to be quickly swapped and mounted according to operational requirements.

The controller can automatically identify the mounted implement and provide the corresponding operational interface based on the attached equipment. The power of all vehicle-mounted implements can be automatically adjusted according to road and ice conditions, and can also be manually adjusted.
