The T500 De-icing Fluid Recovery Vehicle is a high-end, multi-purpose piece of equipment dedicated to airport operations, developed by Tianjia based on a proprietary technological approach. It offers comprehensive overall performance and superior cost-effectiveness.

Featuring a single-engine drive structure paired with an intelligent control system, the equipment supports multiple operating modes and boasts numerous advantages, including ample power, high operational efficiency, long continuous operating range, and low energy consumption. The vehicle is built on a Sinotruk (HOWO) second-class chassis, powered by a National VI emission-standard engine, and equipped with a self-developed transfer case. This configuration enables ultra-low-speed stable operations with a minimum normal operating speed of no more than 0.5 km/h, perfectly adapting to the refined maintenance requirements of airports and meeting the demands for high-standard, highly stable site operations.

With a maximum working width of up to 3,500 mm, this device effectively attracts and removes ferrous metal debris—such as iron nails, iron slag, bolts, and nuts—that are difficult to completely clear through conventional sweeping and blowing operations, ensuring a thoroughly clean surface.

Featuring high rotational speed and ample torque, they offer a maximum operating width of 3.5 meters for broader sweeping coverage. As the brushes wear down, hydraulic cylinders automatically adjust the pressure to maintain a constant ground contact pressure and contact area, ensuring consistently stable sweeping performance.

These devices feature a maximum operating width of no less than 12 meters, with outlet wind speeds reaching 120-130 m/s. The blowing direction, height, angle, and outlet size are all fully adjustable. This multi-angle and multi-directional flexibility accommodates various operational needs and working conditions. The centrally mounted blowing device typically operates independently. When the pavement is covered with abundant fine gravel that is difficult to handle by standard sweeping equipment, direct blowing from the fan achieves the optimal cleaning effect.

It can rapidly extract and recover residual de-icing fluid, standing water, garbage, and various debris from airport runways and aprons. This effectively purifies the operational pavement, significantly elevating the airport's winter maintenance and cleaning standards, and reliably ensuring a clean, safe, and highly efficient airport environment.
