T400 De-icing Liquid Spreader (Spinner Disc Type)

3 spinner discs (boom arms + rear), spreading width 24m+ when deployed, adjustable from 3 to 8m when retracted.

The T400 De-icing Fluid Spreader is an airport-specific de-icing vehicle developed by Tianjia based on a 6x4 chassis. When the boom is fully extended, the spreading width can reach over 24 meters; when retracted, the spreading width is adjustable between 3 and 8 meters. The boom and the rear of the vehicle are equipped with a total of three spinner discs for spreading operations.

Optionally fitted with a front-mounted roller brush, the vehicle enables simultaneous front-sweeping and rear-spreading operations. This ensures highly efficient and precise ice and snow removal, minimizes the impact of snowfall on airport operations, and guarantees the smooth running of the airport during winter weather.

The equipment is equipped with the Zad Intelligent Spraying System
The equipment is equipped with the Zad Intelligent Spraying System
a patented technology that features high-precision intelligent control to ensure the accurate and uniform spreading of de-icing fluid. This system communicates with the chassis control system in real time, dynamically adapting to working conditions and intelligently calibrating spraying parameters to maintain constant dosage and spreading width. With strong anti-interference capabilities, it remains unaffected by fluctuations in vehicle speed, engine RPM, gear shifts, throttle, or clutch operations. Even under complex working conditions, it guarantees uniform, stable performance and reliable operation.
Boom Locking Device, Flexible Extension and Retraction:
Boom Locking Device, Flexible Extension and Retraction:
The extension and retraction of the boom are precisely controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The boom's operating speed can be flexibly adjusted by regulating the relief valve to accommodate various working conditions. The equipment is equipped with multiple limit sensors to accurately monitor the boom's extension and retraction status. These sensors are automatically linked to the locking mechanism, ensuring that the boom is securely locked in place once retracted, effectively guaranteeing the overall stability of the equipment during both transit and operation.
The equipment is equipped with a patented
The equipment is equipped with a patented
modular plastic water tank independently developed by Tianjia. As an industry-first technology, it replaces traditional metal water tanks. Featuring a modular design, it offers flexible assembly and strong adaptability, while significantly reducing the overall weight. The material fundamentally prevents corrosion and rust caused by de-icing fluids, offering outstanding corrosion resistance and structural stability. With a service life of over 10 years, the equipment ensures more economical maintenance and greater operational reliability.
Stainless Steel Spinner Discs:
Stainless Steel Spinner Discs:
The equipment's spreading system is configured with three sets of stainless steel spinner discs, each supporting independent control with a maximum spreading width of no less than 8 meters per disc. Compared to traditional nozzle structures, the spinner disc spreading method fundamentally avoids nozzle clogging. With strong anti-clogging performance and a low failure rate, it ensures excellent continuous operational stability, effectively enhancing the continuity and reliability of de-icing spreading operations.

Reference track record

Hohhot Shengle International Airport is a 4F-class international airport and the first 4F airport in Inner Mongolia, serving as a regional aviation hub. It features two parallel runways with a wide separation (3,800 meters and 3,400 meters) and a 260,000-square-meter terminal building. Designed to handle an annual passenger throughput of 28 million, the airport connects numerous domestic and international destinations with an average of approximately 500 daily flight movements. Located in the central-western part of Inner Mongolia, the airport experiences long and frigid winters with frequent cold waves causing temperature drops of over 10℃. The extreme minimum temperature can reach -25℃. Snowfall is frequent, with a snow season lasting over two months, and strong winds accompanied by blowing snow are common. The airport is now equipped with six T400 de-icing fluid spreaders. Featuring a hydraulically driven boom spreading system, the boom extends horizontally during operation to provide wide coverage per pass and high operational efficiency. For non-operational transit or navigating narrow sections, the boom can be quickly retracted, perfectly balancing large-scale operational efficiency with transit flexibility. These vehicles are perfectly adapted to the complex weather conditions at Hohhot Shengle International Airport during winter, including extreme cold, heavy snowfalls, strong winds, and blowing snow. This deployment comprehensively enhances the airport's emergency response capabilities for winter ice and snow disasters, better serving its routine winter de-icing and snow removal tasks.
Hohhot Shengle International Airport
Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport is a 4F-class civil international airport and one of China's eight major regional hub airports. It features two runways (3,400 meters and 3,600 meters) and a 614,000-square-meter terminal building. Operating 222 passenger routes, it connects 113 domestic and international cities with an average of over 600 daily flight movements. During winter, the airport is affected by a continental monsoon climate, characterized by frequent cold waves and heavy snowfalls. Snow accumulation can reach 17 centimeters, and freezing rain is common, with extreme low temperatures dropping below -12℃. The airport is now equipped with four T400 de-icing fluid spreaders. These vehicles are perfectly adapted to the complex weather conditions at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport during winter, including heavy snowfalls, freezing rain, and icy roads. This deployment comprehensively enhances the airport's emergency response capabilities for winter ice and snow disasters, better serving its routine winter de-icing and snow removal tasks.
Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport
Urumqi Tianshan International Airport features three runways and a 500,000-square-meter terminal building. Connecting numerous domestic and international destinations, it handles an average of over 600 daily flight movements. The airport faces severe winter snow conditions, with nearly 60 days of snowfall annually and a snow season lasting up to four months. Heavy snow accumulation can reach a maximum depth of 20 centimeters. These vehicles are perfectly adapted to the complex weather conditions at Urumqi Tianshan International Airport during winter, including heavy snowfalls, low temperatures, and freezing fog. This deployment comprehensively enhances the airport's emergency response capabilities for winter ice and snow disasters, better serving its routine winter de-icing and snow removal tasks.
